Job Description:
The Detection Specialist plays a key role in maintaining
security by monitoring live surveillance feeds, analyzing alerts,
and ensuring a quick response to potential threats. This
entry-level role includes training , making it a great opportunity
for individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to
stay focused in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to
following security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Monitor
security feeds in real time to detect potential risks or
unauthorized activity. Respond to alerts quickly and follow
established security protocols. Log and report incidents with
accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with security teams
and law enforcement when needed. Troubleshoot minor technical
issues with surveillance equipment. Stay up to date on security
best practices and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma
or equivalent No prior security experience required—training is
provided! Familiarity with security systems, CCTV technology, and
alarm monitoring software is a plus Strong communication skills and
the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Excellent
attention to detail and situational awareness Basic computer
proficiency Schedule & Work Environment: Shifts Available: 1st
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Midshift:
6:00 PM - 2:30 AM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM 100% onsite in a
secure monitoring facility 24/7 operation , including weekends and
