Medical/Dental/Vision/PTO Work closely with executive leadership team and regional leaders to understand the operational side of the business High-growth company with career advancement opportunities Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee daily cash flow and bank reconciliations, monitor and manage cash reserves, assist in cash forecast analysis, reconcile credit card and EFT transactions Reconcile AR balances, investigate and resolve discrepancies, prepare aging reports, reconcile chargebacks and disputes Maintain fixed asset ledger including capitalization and depreciation, coordinate asset counts, assist in budgeting and forecasting for capital expenditures, prepare roll forwards Contribute to lease accounting process including managing lease agreements, ensure compliance with lease accounting standards, monitor lease compliance, renewal and termination Oversee preparation and maintenance of general ledger including prepaids, corporate credit cards, debt, equity Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 3 years relevant work experience Proficiency in ERP system Advanced Excel skills Interested in hearing more?
