CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Operator – Tulsa, OK System One is
seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CNC Horizontal Boring Mill
Operator to join our client in their growing production team

environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Operate
CNC boring mills and similar machinery with minimal supervision,
producing high-quality parts. Perform full machine setup,
operation, and inspection, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances
and efficient production Interpret technical documents, including
blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine machining
requirements Mark materials with reference points and dimensions
for accurate machining Identify and correct machine malfunctions or
deviations, making adjustments as needed; report major issues to
supervisor Support resolution of complex operational issues and
participate in cost-reduction initiatives Use forklifts and lifting
devices to move parts safely Collaborate with supervisors,
engineers, and other personnel to address production and quality
concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and
work area; perform routine preventative maintenance Enforce and
follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies
Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and
Qualifications: Must have a stable work history. Must have a high
school diploma OR GED 3-5 years of experience operating CNC
horizontal boring mills (HBMs) in a heavy manufacturing
environment. Proficiency with Fanuc controls. Experience with FUNC
controls. Ability to perform complete machine setups independently
Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and
specifications, including GD&T Solid math skills, including
geometry and algebra, for fabrication calculations Experience with
the use of machining measuring tools. Ability to perform complete

fabrication calculations. Skilled in the use of precision measuring
tools such as calipers, micrometers (ID/OD), depth gauges,
indicators, and scales. Familiar with various tool holders, cutting
tools, boring bars, and machine inserts. Salary: $51,667.00
