In this role, you'll be a front-line ambassador driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with businesses across a variety of industries. This position is ideal for someone passionate about surpassing sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of UniFirst by expanding our reach within the market. Identify and cultivate new prospects from relationships built with business owners, decision makers, and managers Guide new and existing clients on uniform and facility services that best suit their needs Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and handling client accounts Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by upholding the highest level of service standards Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets Regularly attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge Proven sales acumen with ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt and thrive in a competitive environment Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales professional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar) are preferred but not required
