Electrical QA/QC Representative Job DescriptionPer Se Group is seeking an Electrical QA/QC Representative to support a premier renewable energy firm as part of our internal project team.Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reviewing and providing feedback on job safety analyses (JSAs), and discussing safe work practices with field crews.
• Oversee all construction work of QA/QC technicians, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Report areas for quality and production improvement.
• Monitor and report on construction activities and personnel within delivery timelines.
• Review contractor documentation, including work plans, pre-task meetings, and training requirements.
• Update the Construction Manager on overall construction progress and performance, monitoring key performance indicators.
• Provide input to constructability reviews and manage contractor involvement activities, identifying discrepancies in design that could cause delays or rework.
• Assist in determining causes of material or installation defects and write detailed, accurate reports for non-conformance.
• Monitor contract performance against project schedule and milestones, raising schedule delays or missed milestones with the Construction Manager.
• Read, analyze, and interpret scope of work, design documents, manuals, specifications, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts, or governmental standards and regulations.
• Act as a role model for Per Se Group's vision and values, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Promote equality in the workplace and adopt appropriate behavior when interacting with colleagues.
• Protect proprietary information from unauthorized disclosure, modification, or destruction.
• Write daily logbooks, reports to the CM, business correspondence, and document project activities with accuracy and professionalism.
