We are on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Commissioning Field Lead to be a part of our team. The chosen candidate will spearhead the commissioning process for industrial construction, ensuring seamless installation and operation of MEP systems as per design specs and client needs. Primary Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians during commissioning activities associated with Electrical, HVAC, Process and Control Systems. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to devise and execute commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures. Monitor system testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all commissioning tasks. Maintain thorough documentation of commissioning activities, including reports, test results, and any modifications made. Keep clients informed on progress, addressing concerns promptly. Guarantee quality assurance by verifying system performance meets set criteria pre-handover. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related years of field experience. 5 years of experience in commissioning, project management, or similar roles within industrial construction. Must have a strong understanding of various systems such as Electrical, Mechanical, and I&C. Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead and inspire a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office / Google Suite, and BlueBeam Experience with project management and design software such a Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner (P6), AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks preferred WHY JOIN US Grow your career with a global team dedicated to large-scale, complex project success.
