This includes site level supplier relationship management, purchase order generation and delivery, receiving/warehousing and accounting follow-up, inventory control, and regulatory paperwork management.--Responsibilities: Responsible for site level raw and indirect material purchase order creation Fosters healthy site level tactical supplier relationships. Manages site level raw and indirect material inventories. Processes all site level inbound receiving paperwork for FDA and SQF purposes. Invest in and is an example of Milo's Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components. The position has Food Safety Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.--Skills: Decision Making & Deductive Reasoning Problem Solving & Process Improvement Data Analysis Communication & Adaptability--Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role. A college degree is desired, but not required. Food andor beverage experience is desired, but not required.--Ownership: Purchase order placement and accuracy Supplier communications and follow-up Raw and indirect material quality Site level inventories Regulatory paperwork managementMetrics: Raw Material Days of Supply Accounts Payable/Purchasing Accuracy and Consolidation Supplier Quality Compliance--Physical Demands:This job can be classified as sedentary (office/desk).--Critical Competencies: Building Relationships Humility Coachable/Open to Feedback Process Driven Teamwork Action-OrientedResponsibilitiesResponsible for tactical execution of materials purchases to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw and indirect materials while monitoring Quality, Cost, and Service metrics.
