Ready to improve your work-life balance? The 10-4 fleet lets you spend 10 days on the road followed by 4 consecutive days of home time! Make the transition with a $5,000 Sign On Bonus and Paid Orientation.

Haul multiple no-touch dry van loads weekly and enjoy a consistent home time schedule. 10-4 drivers are equipped with late model Navistar or Freightliner Class 8 OTR sleeper units, with CoPilot GPS and automatic transmissions available on request. Within a year, you ll get upgraded to a new 2022 or 2023 truck! We ve got new trucks arriving daily.

    Minimum Requirements
    
    • Must be 21 years of age
      
    • Must have a valid Class A CDL
      
    • 12 months OTR verifiable experience in the last 3 years
      
    • Meet Arnold s safety requirements
