Flatbed Made Easy! 90% Pre-Loaded, Top Drivers Make $85-$90k per
Year!
New Flatbed Pay Package! Koch is looking for flatbed drivers to
join our fleet with dedicated, consistent routes!
$5,000 Sign on/Retention Bonus, paid out over 1 year. Free travel
to VIP Orientation.
Pay is based on experience, with base pay $.52-.55/mile + avg.
$.10/mile in accessorial pay!
Our top drivers make $85-90k per year! Drivers are out 10-14 days
at a time due to freight demand.
1 year of tractor/trailer experience required. No flatbed
experience? No worries! We will train you on our securement
processes.

Paid VIP Orientation, Earn While You Learn!
Your time is money - VIP Orientation is paid! We'll fly you to this
3-day event in Minneapolis where you'll have your own
accommodations in an upscale hotel and receive up to $50 cash when
you arrive. At orientation you'll learn everything you need to know
to have the best Koch career. After orientation, we'll put you on
the road in a newly detailed, late-model truck equipped with an APU
and a power inverter, so that you are able to outfit your truck
with some of the comforts of home. Koch has some of the best
maintained trucks on the road! We do this to show our drivers we
appreciate them and to welcome them to the Koch family.
A valid Class-A CDL is required for all driving positions at Koch
Companies.
