Job Description:
Provides patient evaluations, assessments, treatments, and
education primarily focused on hand therapy within a comprehensive
healthcare setting.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in occupational or physical therapy,
with a preference for a Master's Degree and two years of
experience.
Must hold state licensure, OT certification, Hand Therapy
Certification, and certifications such as CPR/BLS.
Performs clinical evaluations, plans and modifies treatment
programs, documents accurately, and educates patients and
caregivers.
Ensures compliance with organizational safety policies, including
vaccination requirements.
