Job Description:

System One is looking to hire a Helpdesk technician for a company in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
Set up and maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
Build, deploy, and maintain workstations and laptops.
Assist with server creation and maintenance.
Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed.

Essential Skills:

Strong customer service and communication abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets effectively.
Independent problem-solving with good judgment on when to escalate.
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Technical Experience:

Hands-on experience with Windows Workstation installation and configuration.
Familiarity with hardware/software setup, networking, and printer support.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both remotely and in person.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and VMWare is a plus.
Knowledge of firewalls and networking fundamentals.
IT certifications are preferred but not required.
