Profile What You'll Do As a Project Leader affiliated to the
Transform Practice Area, you will be working alongside some of the
world's top minds in the industry. You will work hand in hand with
the decision makers of our client company, having a real seat at
the table. Through your project you will accompany companies from a
variety of sectors and industries through decisive changes in Asia
Pacific. The majority of your time will be spent as part of the BCG
Transform team composed of members of different backgrounds
collaborating intensively and building a long-term relation with
our clients. You will also dedicate time to further develop and
deepen BCG's expertise in transformation, as well as supporting BCG
Partners in business development initiatives. We are currently
seeking a highly motivated person for our Business Transformation
practice, a leading provider of services to large corporate clients
of all industries. As a member of our Business Transformation team,
you'll help clients to solve complex enterprise-wide issues by
formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations,
transforming the operations and processes, and improving business
performance. *Job Description * --- You will be involved in client
and stakeholders' meetings to understand their business
requirements. --- Working side-by-side with Client Transformation
Head to lead the implementation of the agreed programs /
initiatives / identified improvement levers. --- Define and monitor
value levers driving client's overall performance. --- Set up and
run governance for large scale implementation projects. --- Manage
complex stakeholder management. --- Drive change management ---
Actively supporting our business development efforts: opportunities
identification, proposal and pitch preparation, client
presentations and meetings What You'll Bring (Experience &
Qualifications) *Job Requirements (if you are someone with) * ---
Over 10 years of work experience gained in both lateral and
consulting environment with a focus on running large-scale
programs/ implementations including but not limited to digital
transformation, business model revamp, operational improvement,
turnaround, etc. --- A track record of leading large, complex
restructuring with any involvement in turnaround projects would be
an added advantage. --- Analytical and structured --- With
excellent problem-solving skills (hypothesis driven approach etc.)
--- Experience of managing a medium-large sized team ---
Proficiency in project/ program/ transformation management process
and tools would be preferred. --- Excellent communication and
persuasion skills to interact and manage C-level stakeholders. ---
Excellent written and spoken English. --- Drive, tenacity, client
focused, and results oriented. --- Willingness to travel
internationally and to work remotely on client sites.
