Location: Holiday Inn Tulsa10020 E. 81st St.Tulsa, OK 74133 Overview: We are currently recruiting for a -Breakfast Supervisor -to join our amazing family. - Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of a -Breakfast Supervisor -are to ensure that -our guests -receive -exceptional services when visiting the food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate for the role has warm and caring personality, lead by example - and always ready to support the team. -

• Communicating and working together with the breakfast team to ensure highest service standards and guest experience
• To motivate, train and encourage all team members to deliver services to Holiday Inn standards. Shift Coverage and Cooking skills will be necessary
• Oversee all aspects of the breakfast operation, ensuring highest level of cleanliness and health and safety measures
• Working closely with departmental managers (e.g. Sales and Front Desk) and keep them informed of Food & Beverage and event opportunities as they arise
• Assisting with Banquet/Event needs and answering any enquiries in a professional manner. Hosting guests and looking after their dining experience
• training and developing the team to ensure consistency of service.
