The EHS Internship is an excellent opportunity to begin building a SAFETY CAREER in manufacturing!
Essential Functions:

• 
  
• Learning and developing people skills with the understanding of business acumen towards Environmental, Health & Safety
  
• Managing a single assigned "project" assigned for process improvement efforts
  
• Present improvement effort in a presentation format
  
• Manage day to day in different capacities as functional EHS specialist as if it were your role to perform.

  • Training Development - Support EHS improvement efforts in document retention, approvals, and aids in ETQ and Coach/Playbook -

          Work Schedule (determined by Supervisor):

          • Typical work week is Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
            
          • Infrequent overtime, weekend, or shift rotation.
            
            Education:

            • Currently enrolled in good academic standing with a college or University
              
            • GPA of 3.0 or greater within declared major
              
              Additional Comments:

              • Must be at least 21 years of age by May 2023
                
              • Reliable transportation to and from working location
                
              • You will be expected to work all hours requested by your supervisor, and complete all hours required by your university to receive credit (if applicable).
