Summary: The In-Process Quality Assurance Technician is responsible
for monitoring the assembly of NAP equipment to ensure compliance
with established quality procedures. This role involves inspecting
in-process production and collaborating with various departments to
resolve issues during manufacturing. Essential Functions: To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

and clean working environment bycomplying withprocedures, rules,
and regulations. Review engineering equipment submittals prior to
and during equipment assembly. Ensure manufacturing instructions
arebeing followed. Physically inspect equipment in production, and
any other equipment as directed by management, on a daily basis to
ensure problems are resolved during production. Review submittals
daily. Assistvarious production departments as needed (panels,
wiring, piping, top-out, etc.). Monitor all equipment assemblies in
production (e.g., NAP equipment, condensing units, chillers, and
others as directed). Participate in continuous improvement
initiatives including KATA teams. Work with all departments to
gather necessary information and develop in-process quality
assurance policies and procedures. Attend work as outlined in the
Employee Handbook and/or as specified by your manager. Complete
other tasks as directed by the manager. Comply withgovernment
regulations, laws, company policies, and company procedures.
Desired Qualifications: Education: High school diploma required.
Must be able to understand directions from supervisors and managers
and provide clear, accurate feedback to departments. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing. Skills: Proficient in
Microsoft Office software Self-motivated and detail-oriented Strong
oral and written communication skills Mechanical and technical
aptitude Alertness and precision working with tools Basic math and
computer skills Knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration assembly and
servicing Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within
the organization Certificates, Licenses, or Training: High school
diploma or better Refrigeration certification or degree preferred
On-the-job training (OJT) Interaction with Others: Reports to the
Quality Supervisor. Works closely with departments in final
assembly and engineering. Must demonstrate cooperation and teamwork
across all areas of the organization. Working Environment: Work is
performed in an industrial production area. The employee is
frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The
environment may include loud noise and temperature extremes.
Occasional stress due to deadlines and product quality standards.
Workload may fluctuate with seasonal production demands. Tools &
