Places to Work.” Overview: Develops, delivers, and coordinates the
standardized new hire orientation programs for licensed and
unlicensed clinical coworkers across the Ministry. Responsible for
developing and updating core programs in alignment with
evidence-based practice. Develops, delivers and coordinates ongoing
education for change efforts and annual competency including but
not limited to recurring certifications related to life support and
workplace safety. Qualifications: Minimum Required:• Bachelor's
Degree in Clinical Discipline Required or enrolled within 6 months
of hire. • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.• Current
appropriate state license if required in discipline.• AHA BLS
provider.• Demonstrates clinical knowledge related to
evidence-based practice with the credibility to positively
influence the delivery of patient care.• Proven ability to organize
and multitask to meet project deadlines. • Computer skills in
Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of audiovisual equipment
is an advantage. • Knowledge of equipment/technology used in
delivery of patient care.Preferred:• BSN/Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing• RN License• 2 years teaching experience• Specialty
Certification (NPD within 2 years preferred) We Offer Great
