are seeking a high-performing Project Manager to join our Learning
Team and oversee a portfolio of learning and development
initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing
multiple large-scale, high-visibility projects at once, ensuring
learning programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned
with business needs. This role requires a balance of operational
rigor, stakeholder partnership, and strategic foresight. The ideal

Responsibilities on the Team Lead multiple concurrent learning and
development projects from intake through delivery and sustainment,
aligning initiatives with business needs. Scope project objectives,
timelines, and resource requirements by partnering with Learning
Managers, Instructional Designers, Facilitators, and SMEs. Act as
the primary liaison to business stakeholders, facilitating intake
and discovery, aligning on goals and metrics, and influencing key
decisions. Build and manage detailed project plans, maintain
documentation, and drive milestones forward using project
management tools. Proactively manage risks, remove barriers to
execution, and keep cross-functional partners and leadership
informed through clear communication. Collaborate with the Sr.
Project Manager and Director of Project Management & Systems to
uphold governance standards and support sustainment, measurement,
and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a
related field or 7 years of equivalent experience. Project
Management Profession (PMP) is preferred. 5 years of project
management experience, preferably in learning and development or
related corporate settings. Proven ability to manage complex,
multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills; able to lead meetings, influence
outcomes, and present confidently to stakeholders. Organized and
proactive, with strong critical thinking and a problem-solving
mindset. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced,
evolving environment. Proficiency in project management tools such
as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project. Familiarity with learning
technologies or LMS platforms is a plus. Physical & Office/Site
Presence Requirements: LN This is primarily a sedentary office
position which requires the project manager to have the ability to
operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift,
and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
