Job DescriptionYOU MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE FOR ALL POSITIONS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.DRIVERS AND MOVERS:We are looking for strong & reliable workers who are willing to lead a crew or willing to work as a team with your crew leader to complete household and commercial moves for customers. This job requires physical strength, stamina, and good organizational skills. Hours tend to be long and irregular, and the job may involve a great deal of driving. Crews will pad and load household goods or office equipment onto trucks, transport them to a new location, and then unload them. They may move as few as one or two items or the contents of an entire house or office.Your main objective is to transport items without damage. You may have to disassemble furniture, such as beds or desks, so they fit through doorways, into elevators, and on the truck. You may place furniture in special containers designed to protect it for irregularly shaped items. Some moves may also require you do inventories of the items you transport.Crew leaders are expected to exhibit supervisory skills in managing crews that load and unload shipments, and to practice proper customer service skills and to work with shippers (customers) to resolve any problems that may arise.Crews are also expected to manage their time so that pickups and deliveries are made in a timely manner.THE COMPANY:2 Fellas & A Big Vehicle has been in business since 1996 and has continued to serve the local area as well as nationwide. We are currently hiring for our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, location.If you're contacted and asked to come in to interview, you must bring your drivers license and your social Social Security card.RequirementsFOR BOTH POSITIONS:You must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and be at least 21 years of age.Must have a cell phone and reliable transportation to and from workYou must be able to pass a full background, drug test, and MVRBenefitsStarting pay is $16/hr.Tips - Movers average $200+ tips per week.Weekly payMedical insurance available after 90 days employment.
