Duties and Responsibilities: Training, coaching, and developing a
strong Marco's team. Excellent leaders with exceptional people
skills. People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and team
members, using great communication skills. Growth Oriented -
understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and
team members and strives to share their skills with others.
Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest
service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company
systems. Leading in financial areas of the restaurant by attaining
sales growth, cost management, and profitability. Learning the
Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives. Focusing on
achieving results without compromising guest service, a great
product, or the image of the restaurant. Connects with the
community & establishes partnerships that grow our brand.
