mahi - The Opportunity With a new structure now in place, and the
Team Leader for dispensary and supply operations moving on, this
position has now become vacant. If you are looking for a step up in
your career, a whole new and exciting challenge in health, or a
move to a large tertiary level hospital, this is the role for you!
In this position, you will oversee pharmacy dispensary and supply
services to both Waikato and rural hospitals, including line
management of the pharmacy technician teams. A diverse, varied and
action packed role, instrumental to the effective and efficient
running of the pharmacy service. A highly organised person, with
clear communication and great relationship skills, you will provide
a crucial link to hospital staff to the pharmacy dispensary.
Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for
this role: A full time position working Monday to Friday, the
position requires an experienced NZ registered pharmacist,
preferably with previous experience in hospital pharmacy. A
post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy is desirable but
not essential. Further learning is encouraged and supported.

COVID-19: A national Vaccination Policy which includes COVID19 is

Assessment against the requirements of the role will apply to

mitigation (e.g. extra PPE, RAT testing) may be taken as a result.
