Provider Profession Needed: MD/DO, said they will not take an NP or Pa for this need

Specialty: Primary Care all ages

Start Date: As soon as credentialed! 2/26/2024

End Date: 6/07/2024

Length of Assignment: 3 month, high possibility of extension

Credentialing Timeframe:v2-3 weeks

Work Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p(1 hour lunch), 8 hour day, 40 hour week

Patient Volume: 16-20 ppd

Procedures: Normal primary care procedures if needed

EMR: Cerner

License Needed: Any state license accepted

Certifications Needed: BC or truly BE in FM

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: All ages primary care/family practice or urgent care

Other additional pertinent information:

• MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS

• Any State license accepted

• Must have COVID VACINATION or Medical/Religious exemption

• BACKGROUND/DRUG TEST REQUIRED

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
