Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 05/25/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract 36hrs: 48hrs: Full Local Pay Package 36hrs: 48hrs: Facility Info: Mercy Hospital Fort Smith 7301 Rogers Ave Fort Smith, AR 72903 Specialty: RN Stepdown Shift: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am (Currently only night shift is open) Requirements: 2YRS Exp Working in Specialty 2YRS Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting ACTIVE BLS (AHA) ACTIVE ACLS (AHA) NIHSS (HWS Provides) Must Have Skills/Experience: Must have experience with Post CV Surgeries, Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient HWS Benefits: Referral Bonus (Up to $500) Weekly Pay Medical Insurance 401k Matching
