Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for laboring patients, mother-baby care, and newborn nursery in the L&D unit. Manage care for 15-17 births per month, including triaging and couplet care. Perform Gynecology surgery patient care and float between units as required. Collaborate with LPNs and assist with EFM evaluations and patient support tasks. Respond to emergencies in coordination with Transfer Coordinator and report assessments promptly. Adapt to a dynamic environment and utilize available support and resources effectively. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma. Current BLS and NRP certifications are required. Experience in Fetal Heart Monitoring is essential. Ability to start assignment by 02/09/2026 or 02/16 at the latest. Comfortable working in diverse settings including Med/Surg if required. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work alongside LPNs and other team members.
