Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Edmond, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job
Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A
minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is
required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks.
Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial
assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Med
Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Provide nursing care to patients with
health problems ranging from simple to complex under general
supervision /n• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of
patients /n• Document patient responses to nursing interventions
and prescribed medical treatments /n• Monitor and record changes in
physician orders for assigned patients /n• Assist physicians with
patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures /n• Obtain and
monitor physiological data, observe patient manifestations, and
intervene when necessary /n• Administer medications as prescribed
/n• Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood
products /n• Interact with families and patients regarding care
plans during hospitalization and at discharge /n• Inform patients
and families of hospital procedures /n• Make referrals regarding
patient care needs to appropriate personnel /n• Delegate tasks to
support staff /n• MS/SD schedule required /n• Minimum 1 year of
nursing experience required /n• Associate's Degree in Nursing from
an accredited program required /n• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
preferred /n• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN
License (eNLC) required /n• Current Basic Life Support (AHA) and
ACLS (AHA) certifications required /n• Strong verbal and written
communication skills needed /n• Basic computer skills required /n/n
