Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Springdale
Health and Rehab – Springdale, AR Position Summary We are hiring
compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical
team. The LPN provides direct resident care and works closely with
RNs and CNAs to support safe, effective, and compassionate care
delivery. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and
treatments accurately and timely Monitor resident conditions and
report changes promptly Document care and treatments in the medical
record Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Supervise
and support CNAs in daily resident care Respond to resident needs
and emergencies Follow all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications Active Arkansas LPN license Compassionate,
resident-centered approach to care Long-term care experience
preferred but not required Flexible availability, including
