(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these

Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technician credential Minimum of
2 years experience in surgical technology Proficiency in cataract,
orthopedic, and vascular surgical procedures Ability to adapt
quickly and work efficiently under pressure Willingness to work
overtime as needed Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain surgical
instruments and equipment for various surgical cases Assist
surgeons and nursing staff during procedures, ensuring patient
safety and comfort Maintain sterile environments and adhere to
infection control protocols Support multiple surgical cases across
specialties including cataract, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
Be available for call duties: twice per week and every other
