As a PRN MedSurg RN at Gifted Healthcare, you will handle the care management of patients, ensuring the utmost in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care under the highest standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for MedSurg patients Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes Provide a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic patient environment Administer medications and maintain accurate patient documentation Utilize evidence-based practice to guide clinical decisions Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Strong clinical skills in a MedSurg setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
