Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Fort Smith, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,166 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 4 years License: Current Arkansas Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Must have CVOR and Vascular OR experience. Description: Position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for completing patient assessments and developing plans of care in collaboration with the surgical team. Must document patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs accurately. Recognize potential problems and abnormal findings, communicating them to the appropriate team member. Document nursing interventions and treatments along with patient responses. Accurately record perioperative data. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by assembling required supplies for each procedure according to surgeon preferences.
