Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

work within a school setting, providing essential support to
students who require assistance in developing their functional and
motor skills. The role involves traveling to various schools within
the region, allowing for a diverse and engaging work experience.
Key Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist
with valid credentials to practice. Experience working in
school-based settings is highly preferred. Strong assessment and
intervention skills tailored to pediatric populations. Ability to
develop individualized treatment plans that align with educational
goals. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively
with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility
and willingness to travel between assigned schools. Location: Fort
Smith, Arkansas Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
evaluations to identify students occupational therapy needs.
Provide direct therapy services to support students in improving
their fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate
therapy goals into the students educational program. Maintain
accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school
and state regulations. Participate in Individualized Education
Program (IEP) meetings to discuss student progress and update
