Location: Goshen, NY Schedule: Full-Time Role Highlights Provide
outpatient nephrology care (CKD, HTN, electrolyte disorders)
Perform inpatient nephrology consults and hospital rounding Conduct
daily dialysis rounding for acute & chronic patients Order and
interpret labs and imaging Collaborate with nephrologists, dialysis
staff, and care teams Develop and implement comprehensive treatment
plans Educate patients and families on kidney disease management
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation Participate in
quality improvement initiatives Requirements Active New York State
Nurse Practitioner license National certification (ANCC or AANP)
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Valid DEA license Minimum 2
years of nephrology experience required Experience with outpatient,
inpatient, and dialysis care Strong clinical assessment and
communication skills Preferred Hospital rounding and dialysis
management experience EMR familiarity BLS & ACLS certification
