Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Tahlequah, OK Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,790 to $1,984 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title RN, Labor/Delivery (L&D) City/State: Tahlequah, Oklahoma Shift: 7a-7p, Days Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: OB nurse needed for a unit with 15-17 births per month. The nurse will be responsible for Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, Newborn Nursery, and Couplet Care, and will also have Gynecology surgery patients. May float to Med/Surg if no patients are present, assisting with tasks such as vitals and passing medications. Responsibilities: Perform responsibilities for laboring patients, triages, and mother-baby care within RN scope. Collaborate with an LPN on shift for EFM evaluations and patient support. Validate initial assessments as the baby nurse. Request assistance from Transfer Coordinator as needed. Requirements: BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required. Ability to assist on Med/Surg floor if required.
