Overview: The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides safe,
high-quality perioperative nursing care by assisting in surgical
procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and supporting the
surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key
Responsibilities: - Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and
supplies for surgical procedures - Maintain sterile field and
adhere to infection control protocols - Assist surgeons and
anesthesia providers during procedures - Monitor patient condition
and respond to intraoperative needs - Perform accurate
documentation and maintain compliance with hospital policies -
Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient needs throughout the
surgical process - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
support efficient surgical workflows Requirements: - Active RN
license - Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience - BLS, ACLS,
and PALS certifications required - Strong knowledge of
perioperative standards and patient safety practices - Ability to
work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment - Excellent
