professional accountability for the care provided to your assigned
patients, assess the effectiveness of care delivered by other

Overview: *Sign-on Bonus available for both New Graduates and
Experienced RNs* No contractual obligations required. Key
Responsibilities: Implement the nursing process to ensure
high-quality patient care. Maintain accountability for the care of
assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by
other direct caregivers. Coordinate patient care with various
departments. Safeguard patient rights and confidentiality of
information. Perform all duties in alignment with our mission,
values, and service standards. Qualifications: Education: A nursing
degree from an accredited institution is required. Licensure: A
current RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure,
meeting all state board requirements. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association is
