dedicated professional to take charge of assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating care for postoperative patients. This
role requires adherence to established hospital policies,
procedures, and standards of care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate
and implement care plans for postoperative patients in alignment
with established protocols. Document findings in the patient's
medical record and communicate relevant information to appropriate
personnel. Oversee and manage the care provided by ancillary staff
and other professionals. Manage supplies and equipment within the
unit effectively. Foster collaborative relationships with
physicians and interdepartmental staff to enhance patient care.
Maintain a high level of competency in post-anesthesia care to
ensure safe and quality patient outcomes. Adhere to the
organization's philosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies,
and procedures. Provide nursing care tailored to age-specific and
culturally diverse needs, ensuring effective pain management.
Comply with safety and infection control policies to maintain a
secure environment for both patients and colleagues. Perform all
duties in alignment with our mission, values, and service
standards. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited
nursing program. Licensure: Active RN license in the state of
practice. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hospital or
medical-surgical experience is preferred. Preferred Experience: 2
years of experience in a hospital medical-surgical setting. Working
