Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Tahlequah, OK Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $250 to $270 per hour Shift Information: Rotating - 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Start Date: 11/10/2025 Pay Rate: $250–$270/hr Schedule: 36 hours per week Day Shifts: 7a–7p, 8a–8p, 10a–10p, 11a–11p, 12p–12a Night Shifts: 7p–7a Mix of days and nights required Position Highlights: Volume: ~230 patients/day across ED UC (avg. 16–22 patients per physician depending on acuity) Coverage: Double physician coverage Support: 24/7 Pediatric and Hospitalist coverage, plus Ortho, STEMI call, ENT, Podiatry, Nephrology (no inpatient dialysis), OB, and Behavioral Health Cases: Typical Emergency Department acuity EMR: Cerner Requirements Requirements: Licensure: Active Oklahoma MD License (Required) Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in EM or FM, with minimum 2 years of Emergency or Urgent Care experience ACLS, PALS, BLS (Required) Comfortable treating all ages and managing both acute and chronic care Flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays Productivity: 2.5–3 patients per hour expected Benefits ?
