About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. We are looking to add a full time board certified Family Physician. Our clinic is open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. You will work alongside a dynamic team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapist, health coach, and medical assistants at our 15th St. Health Center.
