Pay Information $2,020 per week About The Position Job Title: Emergency Department RN Profession: RN Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, CPEN Must-Have: The Emergency Department nurse is responsible for assessing patients. They plan and evaluate patient care. The nurse will educate patients and their families as needed. They utilize appropriate resources to optimize patient care and patient flow. The nurse follows the pain assessment policy by assessing complaints of pain and assisting with pain management. Participation in patient safety and risk management programs is essential.
