Job Description:

Job Purpose:As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN IV Certified), you'll use your clinical skills to assist with evaluating, implementing care plans, and discharging patients based on physician orders and standard procedures. You'll report directly to the Manager. This is a regular, full-time position at the Pediatrics Clinic in Talihina. Schedule: Weekdays - choose either 5--8-hour shifts or 4--10-hour shifts for work-life balance! Primary Tasks:

• Recognize emergencies and begin treatment immediately.
• Ensure diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) are completed as ordered.
• Review lab & radiology results; report any abnormal findings to the provider.
• Maintain accurate health records in line with clinic policies.
• Assist in creating care plans based on nursing judgment and patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team both inside and outside the facility.
• Contribute to department quality and improvement initiatives.
• Take on additional duties as needed. Required Education & Experience:
  • Current LPN License with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing
