Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Talihina, OK Department: Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics Reports to: Nurse ManagerAbout the Role As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and overall well-being. You'll assess patient conditions, deliver treatments, and monitor progress to support the best possible outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Communicate effectively with physicians about changes in condition
• Respond quickly to patient needs and treatment outcomes
• Update and evaluate care plans as needed
• Coordinate discharge planning with other healthcare professionals
• Support pain management and educate patients and families
• Address psychosocial needs of patients and their loved ones
• Administer medications, fluids, and blood products per protocols
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards
• Take on other responsibilities as assignedQualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Active RN license (Oklahoma State Board of Nursing)
