serves over 42,000 patients.Position SummaryThe Nurse Practitioner
works under physician supervision, providing medical services
including patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plan
implementation. Duties include mentoring, professional development,
training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory
standards.Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and order
diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with clinical
protocols.
- Monitor therapeutic interventions and coordinate patient care
with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with medical quality standards and
regulations.
- Attend training sessions and participate in outreach
activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and attend
treatment team meetings.
- Maintain knowledge of current drug abuse trends and
treatment.
- Assist nursing team and report any workplace hazards or
security issues.Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of
employment.
- Maintain a current DEA license and CPR/First Aid
Certification.
- Experience or understanding of chemical addiction
preferred.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and efficient work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computing and data entry.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.Physical Demands

- Adequate speaking, hearing, and vision abilities.
- Prolonged standing, bending, and occasional use of protective
equipment.
- Variable workload with periodic high stress.
