Job Description:
This PRN Nurse Practitioner position involves home risk
assessments for adult and geriatric patients, perfect for new
grads. Conduct comprehensive assessments during visits up to one
hour, reviewing health, medical history, medications, and social
factors. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and
caregivers, providing follow-up and health education. Work in
various settings including home visits and skilled facilities in Mc
Kee, KY, with flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights,
weekends). Earn $1,800-$9,000/month based on assessment volume,
with mileage reimbursement and minimal benefits. Requirements
include a Master's degree or equivalent, RN and NP licensure, board
certification, and at least 1-year NP experience. Must have a valid
driver--------s license, be comfortable traveling, and possess
strong communication skills. Position offers a flexible,
community-focused role without on-call or weekend hours unless
desired.
