LTAC Med Surg LPN Contract Details- $1,080 - $1,177 per week- Long Term Acute Care facility- Both day and night shifts are available - 13-week contract with possibility of extension - LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility - 12 hour night shift. - Hours: 18:45:00 - 07:15:00, - Shift: Nights with every other weekend The average stay at an LTAC facility is 25 days and LPNs working there often care for their patients from admission to discharge.
