Services at the clinic include Chronic/Acute Care, Women's Health, Pediatric Care, Podiatry, Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Dental, Nutrition, Optometry, Contract Health, Diabetes Prevention, Cancer Prevention, Women, Infants, Children (WIC), and Behavioral Health. Compensation & Benefits Package :

• Guaranteed Base Salary
• Annual Merit Lump Sum Bonus
• Supervision of Advanced Practitioners Pay
• CME- $3,500 stipend & 40 hrs paid leave
• Annual Leave (0-3 years: 4 weeks) (4-7 years:
