Job Description:
Job Description Directs, assesses, plans, implements and
evaluates delivery of patient care. Provides administrative
direction in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel.
Responsibilities include compliance with regulatory agency
standards, MRHC standards of care and conduct, and within the
standards of clinical practice as defined by the policy and
procedures of the Van Buren House. The LPN is in charge of the
maintenance of all documentation pertinent to the resident---s
medical record. The LPN works under the direction and guidance of
the Director of Nursing of the Assisted Living facility.
