What You Will Do: * Implement quality standards, ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process. * Develop and implement quality assurance strategies. * Assess potential risks, ensure compliance and give recommendations. * Take responsibility for all quality controls aspects of the process. * Facilitate audits and drive continuous improvement of processes and systems. * Interact with external vendors, contractors, or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards. * Coordinate quality trainings. Minimum Qualifications: * 5 years relevant experience in the oilfield services industry * Analytical and problem solving skills in an operational discipline * ISO 9001 experience * Proficiency with precision measuring tools * Analytical skills * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to plan and execute strategies and initiatives * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers * Ability to lead and influence a team * Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Position Details: ChampionX is currently requiring vaccination against Covid-19 for all customer-facing roles where this condition is requested by the customer and therefore, an essential job requirement. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. * May sit for extended periods of time. * Moving between desk and file cabinets and/or office equipment. * Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer. Visual Acuity * The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading. * The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
