You don’t need to be an expert — just ready to learn and work hard. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine tasks to support manufacturing flow. Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day. Work with your team to keep production moving. Help keep a clean, organized, and safe work area. Essential Skills Machine operation experience is a must. Ability to use hand tools, read blueprints, and measure with tape measures. Experience with CNC, troubleshooting, calipers, and press brakes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Some manufacturing experience. Comfortable operating basic tools or machinery. Ability to communicate well with your teammates. Comfortable with tools and familiar with computers. Attention to quality and safety. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr. High deductible, low deductible 401K Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,IN.
