Job Description Job Description Gate Automation Service Technician — Radius Gate & Fence Pay: $24/hr (DOE) weekly performance incentive program Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm on-call (weekends/holidays) with advanced incentive adjustments Benefits: PTO from start paid holidays benefits expanding regularly What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair automated gate operators and access-control systems. Work on LiftMaster and DoorKing (or similar low-voltage/electrical platforms). Troubleshoot wiring, boards, safety devices (photo eyes/loops), and accessories. Perform preventive maintenance and verify safe operation before leaving the site. Communicate clearly with customers and document each service call. What We’re Looking For At least 12 months experience servicing gate operators/access control. Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and using a multimeter. Safety-first, reliable, and able to work independently in the field. Strong communication and professional jobsite habits.
