As a Permanent Flat Rate Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a solid background in routine maintenance and a keen eye for detail. Conduct routine maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, determining the most effective and efficient solutions. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records. 4. Implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the life of machinery and equipment. 5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to streamline processes and improve productivity. 6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. 7. Assist in the training and development of junior technicians. 8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing or related industry. 2. Proven experience in routine maintenance is a must. 3. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 5. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment. 6. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment. 7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. 8. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. 9. Certification from a recognized technical school or equivalent is preferred. 10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 11.
