Field Service - Machinery Automation Controls - Fort Smith, AR REGIONAL Field Service Mechatronics Electrician Automation Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Maintenance Repair Maintain Machine Machinery Automation - . Diagnose problems when automation malfunctions, conduct electrical repairs (wiring, sensors), and complete Work Orders and Scheduled Preventative Maintenance for highly automated consumer product packaging facilities. Layout electrical jobs and projects. Specify and order correct parts for projects. Direct outside contractors on the installation of projects. Set up and implement preventive maintenance procedures for process control systems. Identify areas to be improved in process systems, make recommendations, and implement approved changes. Calibrate and maintain pneumatic and electronic instrumentation. Calibrate all critical control equipment. Maintain and repair hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, electrical, PLCs, and pneumatics. Program and integrate Automation systems. Evaluate PLC equipment and integrate PLC systems. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers. Troubleshoot and repair AC frequency controlled drives. Maintain and update programs and process flow prints. Maintain inventory of electronic replacement parts.
