Job Description:
Industrial Painter – Coatings Specialist We are seeking a
skilled Industrial Painter with a minimum of two (2) years of
hands-on experience in coatings operations within industrial
environments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
surface preparation and coatings application using epoxies and
urethanes, and the ability to work safely and efficiently with
minimal supervision. What You’ll Do Prepare surfaces for coating
through pressure washing, sanding, masking, and other methods.
Apply coatings using brush, roll, and spray techniques, with a
focus on epoxies and urethanes. Follow company safety policies and
procedures consistently during all operations. Manage multiple
tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Operate a forklift at a moderate level and assist with minimal
concrete work or other duties as needed. What You Bring Minimum 2
years of industrial coatings experience, including surface prep and
application. Proficiency with various coatings techniques and
materials, especially epoxies and urethanes. Strong commitment to
safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. Ability to
multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Forklift
operation experience is a plus. Work Schedule Monday through
Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40–50 hours/week) Fridays as needed
